What does SEO cost?
SEO has no list price, because the effort depends on the site, not on the service. Here are the three billing models that exist, what sets the effort, our prices as a reference and the things you can do yourself without spending money.

The short answer
With us, ongoing SEO care comes with the website subscription for €99 a month, together with the site itself: every month a check, a short report and one hour of fixes. For an existing site you want to keep, we bill audit and fixes at €80 per hour, only by agreement.
That is deliberately cheaper than an agency retainer. It works because we do not write reports for meetings but put the time into the site.
Three billing models
Whoever you ask, it comes down to one of these.
- By the hour: you pay the work that comes up. Fits a one-off audit or a clearly defined task. Risk: without a fixed scope it gets hard to follow.
- Monthly retainer: fixed amount, fixed service. Fits sites that are up and should be checked and updated regularly. Watch what the retainer actually includes.
- Project price: one amount for one result, say five new service pages. Fits when the scope is fixed in advance. What is not fixed costs extra later.
What sets the effort
Four questions decide whether SEO is a matter of hours or months for you.
- State of the technology: broken redirects, duplicate addresses, missing titles. Quickly fixed and often effective within weeks.
- Missing pages: if you want to be found for “roofer Sampletown”, you need a page about it. Every missing page is writing and building work.
- Competition: for “roofer Sampletown” a good page and a maintained business profile are enough. For “compare insurance” no small-business budget is enough.
- Access: if we may change the code, we do the fixes ourselves. If an agency sits in between, every change costs coordination.
Our prices
Three items, no minimum term.
| SERVICE | WHAT IS IN IT | PRICE |
|---|---|---|
| Ongoing care with the website subscription | Website with one page per service, domain, hosting, then monthly check, report with three measures, one hour of fixes | €99 a month |
| Initial audit on its own | Crawl, Search Console, search terms with volume, report with locations and order | €80 per hour, range up front |
| Fixes | New pages, titles and copy, structured data, business profile | €80 per hour, against agreed scope |
What you can do yourself for free
Part of SEO needs no provider, just an hour of your time.
- Fill in the Google Business Profile completely: category, opening hours, services, photos. For local searches that counts more than the home page.
- Ask for reviews and reply to them, including the bad ones.
- Write your business data the same everywhere: name, address, phone on the website, on Google, in directories.
- Change page titles to what customers search for, if you can get at the code.
- Repair broken links. Every page that leads nowhere costs trust.
When SEO is not worth it
Honestly: not always. If your customers come exclusively by referral and you are fully booked, visibility on Google brings enquiries you have to turn down. If your offer is only booked through platforms, the profile there matters more than your own site.
SEO pays off when people in your area search for your service and you have capacity for new customers. Whether that is the case for you, we see in the audit from real search numbers, not from a feeling.

What does an SEO audit cost? +
By the hour at €80, we name the range up front. With the website subscription the monthly check is included.
Can I do SEO myself? +
Part of it, yes: business profile, reviews, copy. Technology and page structure need access to the code and experience with what Google reads from it.
How long until something happens? +
Technical errors often take effect within days to weeks. New content takes months. Anyone who tells you otherwise is selling you something.
Do you guarantee position one? +
No, and nobody can do that honestly. Google decides the order.
