AUTOMATION
Stop doing the same work by hand
Most offices lose hours a week to work a computer should do: moving data between systems, building the same report, retyping what already exists somewhere else.
What you get
Data that moves itself
Between shop, accounting, spreadsheet and whatever else you use – on a schedule, without anyone remembering to do it.
Reports that arrive
The weekly numbers in your inbox on Monday morning instead of an afternoon of assembling them.
Documents read automatically
PDFs, invoices and delivery notes turned into data instead of being typed in again.
Something that fails loudly
Automation that breaks silently is worse than none. Ours tells you when something did not run.
How it works
- 01
Count the cost
How often, how long, how error-prone. If the maths does not work, the honest answer is to leave it manual.
- 02
Automate one step
The single most repetitive task first, so the benefit shows up in the first week.
- 03
Extend
Once one step runs reliably, the next ones are cheap.
What it costs
Hourly from €80. Many automations are a one or two day job and pay for themselves within months – we work out that number with you before you decide.
Common questions
Does this replace staff? +
In practice it removes the part of the job nobody wanted. The people stay, the retyping goes.
What if a system has no API? +
There is often another route – exports, files, a database. If there is genuinely none, we say so rather than build something fragile.
Who maintains it? +
We can, or your team can. Either way it is documented well enough to hand over.
